We don’t claim “brand-store originals.” Instead, we focus on providing premium quality watches that deliver the same feel, style, and durability at a price much more affordable than retail stores in Pakistan.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. For COD orders, a quick verification call or SMS is required before shipping.

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Bank Transfers & Net Banking (for high-value orders)

5. Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer Free Shipping on all orders, nationwide.

6. How long does delivery take?

• COD Orders: 5 to 7 days

• Online Paid Orders: 3 to 5 days (shipped within 24 hours, except Sundays & Govt. holidays)

We ship through trusted logistics partners like Leopards and PostEx, ensuring safe & fast delivery.

7. Can I return a product?

Yes, but only if:

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product was received damaged

⚠️ Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for returns.

8. How do refunds work?

• Once the return is approved and checked at our warehouse, the refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed back to your source payment within 7–15 business days.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

• Online Paid Orders: Within 3 hours of placing the order.

• COD Orders: Within 24 hours or during the verification call.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
